Otosan Uchi is designed as a series of three expanding rings. At the center lies the Forbidden City, the home of the Emperor. Outside of that is the Ekohikei, the four original districts of the city, that are now the home of the most elite. The Ekohikei is surrounded by the Miwaku Kabe, the Enchanted Walls. The outermost ring of the city is made up of the districts of the Toshisoto.
