Since the sacrifice of the Elemental Council, there has not been an elemental master in residence at Otosan Uchi. Even after Isawa Kaeda reformed the council, the masters have all remained in Phoenix lands.
Isawa Mikio is a student of Isawa Tamori, the Master of Water. As ambassador, she speaks with the voice of the Elemental Council, and is the primary contact within Otosan Uchi for those who wish to petition the council.
